DESCRIPTION

This beautiful rural house in Nigüelas has large outside areas. It has different spaces: the barbecue area, the swimming pool, the porch in front of the house and other one with an American bar ideal for having meal. Different types of events have already been held in this rustic property: weddings, communions, baptisms, business events, seminars... Any type of event can be held in a quiet place away from city and surrounded by nature.

This area is very quiet and has hardly any neighbors around. Its capacity is for 13 people and rest is assured.

Prices and Payment Methods

  • Price per person: €22 (minimum two nights and if it is a single night €350 for the entire house).
  • Way to pay: Transfer or cash
  • Payment in advance / Deposit: 20% is requested when formalizing the reservation. When you arrive you pay the rest and a deposit of €150 that will be returned upon departure after checking that everything is correct.

Characteristics and Conditions

  • The Laurel y Romero house has four rooms with a double bed and two of them have also an extra bed, plus a room with three single beds. It has a living room, kitchen with fireplace and four bathrooms, one of then in the outside next to the pool. Outside the house there are several areas: the entrance porch, the barbecue area, the pool area and another area with an American bar.
  • Entry Conditions: From 4:00 p.m.
  • Exit Conditions: Before 12:00 p.m.
