In this second program of "Gastronomic Experiences with María Pimientos" we have visited Nigüelas, one of the most beautiful places in the Lecrin Valley. A place where we will find numerous hiking trails, exceptional landscapes, oil mills of yesterday and today and, of course, gastronomy.

For this first EXPERIENCES program we have come to Dúrcal, one of the 18 towns that make up the Lecrin Valley in Granada. We are going to visit one of its restaurants, EL MOLINO DEL PUENTE, managed by CHEF MIGUEL MOLINA in the kitchen and ABRAHAM RIOS in the dining room.

We return to the municipality of Durcal, this time to visit one of its most emblematic restaurants: "La Buhardilla". We will also get closer to the cultivation of almonds, by the hand of the president of the "Almendras Alhambra" Cooperative.

In this program we visit Albuñuelas to stay at the fantastic Hacienda la Esperanza. In addition, we will try the local gastronomy at the Mesón "Los Prados", located next to the Sierra de Tejeda, Almijara, Alhama. Finally, we will enjoy a horseback ride with Juan Palmalí.
