Casa Moraleda is a recently completely renovated, modernly furnished house with 6 bedrooms for a total of 12 people.
The layout of Casa Moraleda is as follows. Through the entrance you enter the entrance hall, corridor and inner courtyard where you will find the attractive living room with dining area, the sitting room with fireplace (man cave?), a nice bathroom with shower and the fully fitted kitchen. At the end of the hallway is the outdoor patio with barbecue, outdoor furniture, parasol, sink and washing machine. Next to the outdoor terrace there is an area with a jacuzzi for 4 persons. The jacuzzi has music therapy, chromotherapy and aromatherapy. There is also a large storage room for firewood, bicycles, cleaning products, drying rack, etc. Through the spacious staircase in the inner courtyard you reach the first floor where you will find the 6 bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub.
Casa Moraleda can be rented for 220 euros per night with an occupancy of up to 12 people, 10 people minus 5%, 8 minus 10%, 6 minus 15%, 4 minus 20% and 2 minus 25%. Surcharge July and August: 20%, 100 euros cleaning fee and 250 euros deposit, to be returned in cash at the end of the stay after inspection. Sheets, towels and bed linen are included. Electricity, gas (with normal use) and fibre optic internet are also included. Casa Moraleda is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Well behaved pets are welcome. You can bring a maximum of 2 pets. These must also be registered in advance. The price is 7 euros per pet per day and can also be paid in cash on arrival.
In total there are 3 spacious and attractive bedrooms with a king size bed base for 2 persons (160 x 200 cm), 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed with 2 sleeping places (90 x 200 cm). The house is equipped with fibre optic internet, an Android Smart TV to install or stream your own TV app, more than 100 cable TV channels, a gas heater and a fireplace for heating and 6 fans for cooling. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large gas cooker, oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.
Casa Moraleda is located in Plaza Moraleda with lots of greenery and free parking in the historic centre of Pinos del Valle. Amenities such as the local pub, bakery, butcher, local supermarket and church are within walking distance. Pinos del Valle is located in the beautiful countryside of the Lecrin Valley above the Béznar reservoir.
