DESCRIPTION

It is divided into two floors distributed as follows: on the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one double, the other with two single beds) and a toilet. On the upper floor there is a living-dining room with a fireplace and a double sofa, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The house is located in the highest part and on the edge of the town, with breathtaking views of the valley and a panoramic view of Sierra Nevada as a backdrop.

  • Low season: night €100, week: €400.
     
    High season: night €100, week: €480. Weekend: €200.

    At Easter, Christmas and New Year consult minimum stay and prices.
    July, August and 1st half of September the minimum reservation is one week, with entry and exit on Saturday.
    On bridges, the entire bridge will be reserved.

    High Season: Christmas and New Year, Easter, July, August and the first half of September and Bank Holidays.
    Low Season: the rest of the year.

  • Payment in advance / Deposit: The amount to formalize the reservation will be from 20% to 50% of the total price of the reservation.
