DESCRIPTION

The house is distributed on a ground floor. You can enjoy a swimming pool, a large garden with a swing for the little ones, a porch with a barbecue, tables and chairs. In addition, the views of the Sierra Nevada are spectacular.
Inside there is the kitchen, which is fully equipped, a nice living-dining room with a fireplace, two double bedrooms and a double bedroom.
El Rincón de Paqui has free internet access, heating, air conditioning and it is pet friendly.

  • Way to pay: In cash or by bank transfer.
  • Payment in advance / Deposit: Advance to book: 30% of the total reservation. Deposit: €150 (not included in the deposit to reserve)

Characteristics and Conditions

  • The house is fully rented. It has a bathroom, three double bedrooms, Internet access, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, garden with pool and barbecue and parking.
  • Entry Conditions: The departure will be at ten in the morning, if you want to leave after that time talk to the owner.
  • Cancellation Policy: No refunds.
