DESCRIPTION

The ground floor is adapted and equipped for people with reduced mobility. Access to both the house and the pool are through ramps. In addition, we have a full bathroom with all the requirements for wheelchairs/mobility issues. The pool water is treated with salt and is free of chlorine, so it adds a plus of quality to our house. The pool will remain open in the summer season (June 1 - October 1).
 
We are located 1km from the urban center of Nigüelas (900 inhabitants) and 2km from Dúrcal (main town with all services).

Characteristics and Conditions

  • The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double and single bed and the other one with a double bed. In addition, 2 complete bathrooms, one of them with a hydromassage bathtub, 1 toilet and another toilet in the pool. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, as well as a barbecue and a wood oven. The kitchen also has a fireplace, as well as in the main living room of the house.
  • Entry Conditions: Guests are in permanent contact with the hosts
  • Exit Conditions: Agreed with the hosts
  • Cancellation Policy: 100% is refunded 15 days before arrival and 50% up to 7 days before. It is not refunded in the 7 days prior to arrival.
