DESCRIPTION

This accommodation consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, comfortable armchairs, a dining table and a rustic bar.
The open kitchen is decorated with Grenadian tiles and has all kinds of appliances.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and a complete bathroom and the other one with two single beds and a toilet.
The attic is accessed by original wooden stairs where we find a sofa bed and two mattresses on rags on a wooden floor.
The accommodation has capacity for 7 or 8 people.
It is built in the middle of nature with beautiful views of the Sierra Nevada.

Prices and Payment Methods

  • High season: June, July, August, first half of September, bridges and holidays: €200 per night.
    Rest of the year: €180 per night.
  • Way to pay: Bank transfer or cash
  • Payment in advance / Deposit: 50% of the payment for the deposit: €150.

Characteristics and Conditions

  • Services: wifi, indoor fireplace, iron and tv.
    Basic elements: towels, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products and first aid kit.
    Facilities: private pool, lawn area and garden.
    Dining room: dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, coffee maker, juicer, oven, microwave, pans, glasses, glasses, saucepans and kettle.
    Bedrooms and bathrooms: hand gel hangers and bedding.
    Exteriors: garden, lawn and stone barbecue.
