Also on this floor there is a lounge with a large TV and two en-suite bathrooms, a double bed room with a private patio, and one room with two beds. There is also a toilet. On the first floor there are two more double bedrooms, both with balconies and private bathrooms and one of them with a dressing room, and a study. In the basement there is another very large bedroom, a small gym, a toilet and a shower.
Outside there is a large and beautiful garden. Around the house there is an area with fruit trees and a flower arch that leads to the area where there is a large 15x5 meters pool, a bar with its own beer tap, a covered barbecue area with a wood-burning oven, as well as kitchen, refrigerator and everything you need to prepare delicious meals outside, and a chill out area.
There is also a private outdoor parking area for 4 vehicles, in a secure area attached to the house.
