The house is located in an urbanization very close to Padul named as Valle del Puntal (Andalusian award for the best Urban Design when it was built) 1Km from the center and bordering the Sierra Nevada National Park. It has great views and hiking trails as well as mountanbike, very close to the different routes in the Padul Lagoon, the most important wetland in Granada
The house is surrounded by vegetation. It has a large private pool with sun loungers and beautiful garden areas with different sculptures, a large pergola where you can have lunch and dinner, equipped with a barbecue area with a pillar and a fridge so that everything is close. The environment is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool and everything is located in the same environment and thus be able to control the little ones in the family...
The house is designed in such a way that it has two different houses integrated into a Great House. A more elegant house with high-quality handmade furniture where there is a kitchen equipped with all kinds of electrical appliances, a large living room with air conditioning and television, and 5 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other 3 with 5 single beds as well as two very spacious bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The other house is rustic, it has a large area equipped with a kitchen, fireplace, television, bar, a large table for large meetings and sofas, as well as a bathroom with a shower where there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Entrances are independent and it is very well located near the pool. Sometimes they are rented independently.
In the garage we have set up a large gym for activities inside the house.
